By submitting an application to RemoteOPS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not submit an application or use our services.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process, including valid speed test results. Providing falsified screenshots or information is grounds for immediate application rejection or contract termination.
Successful applicants will be onboarded as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms or the application process shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
Due to the sensitive nature of remote system monitoring, all operators are subject to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement upon onboarding. Details regarding client systems, software, and internal metrics must be kept strictly confidential.
